Accountability and Efficiency: We accept responsibility for our actions and aim to get the best outputs from the available resource inputs we have available. Likewise, we aim to get our outputs using the least possible resource inputs.

Team work: We are one organization. One team, we believe that succeeding and meeting our objectives as a group is as important as succeeding independently.

Balance: We are flexible, and believe that team members too require a healthy work and work balance

Equity and human rights: This denotes fairness, in how we distribute and use our available resources. We relate equity and human rights, as we intend to use human rights based approach to ensure we share resources fairly. We look at equity in all its dimensions, including geographical, religion, gender, age, vulnerability, and other dimensions.

Community and environment: We value our communities because they surround us and therefore a top priority in our activities. We strive to help and improve the lives of our communities where we work and live.
Integrity: We act with honesty and reliability, not compromising the truth. We employ the highest ethical standards demonstrating veracity and impartiality in every action that we take.
