CORE VALUES
Accountability and Efficiency: We accept responsibility for our actions and aim to get the best outputs from the available resource inputs we have available. Likewise, we aim to get our outputs using the least possible resource inputs.

Equity and human rights: This denotes fairness, in how we distribute and use our available resources. We relate equity and human rights, as we intend to use human rights based approach to ensure we share resources fairly. We look at equity in all its dimensions, including geographical, religion, gender, age, vulnerability, and other dimensions.
Community and environment: We value our communities because they surround us and therefore a top priority in our activities. We strive to help and improve the lives of our communities where we work and live.
Integrity: We act with honesty and reliability, not compromising the truth. We employ the highest ethical standards demonstrating veracity and impartiality in every action that we take.
Passion for results: We show pride, passion, enthusiasm, and dedication in everything that we do.

WHO WE ARE
ireach- Kenya was established to support and stimulate the development of economic progress in Kenya as a means to kindle wealth creation, reduce poverty and improve livelihoods. In order for it to achieve its overall goal of improving livelihoods, it has embarked in running several synergizing programs contemporaneously. These programs include research and development, economic stimulus and agribusiness, biodiversity and environmental conservation besides health and psychosocial support. Working in partnership with likeminded organizations, the organizations goal is to use innovative strategies that will change people’s livelihoods through capacity building with the eventual enhancement of accessibility to financial services among lower income households and smaller enterprises. It operates as a CBO under the supervision of Ministry of social services and professional trustees. In addition to the Government of Kenya, prospective funders include Safaricom foundation, SNV Swiss, UNICEF, the Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA), Grant assistance for Grass root human security projects (GGP) and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation among others.
ireach-Kenya was born out of passion, innovation, ideas and experiences to better serve and ensure that a participatory approach is employed in understanding and solving the teething troubles and challenges faced by our communities. We are located on the first floor of Molo Mart building, next to family bank Molo branch. We take pride of the fact that our interventions will add value to the community and change their lives for betterment of their livelihoods.
At ireach-Kenya, we value partnership and collaboration building as this enhances synergy in the implementations and achievement of our goals. Our competence, innovative research, understanding and professionalism allow us meet our client’s satisfaction and expectations in an innovative and creative manner. Always reaching beyond our clients expectations.
